Rumaki - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. thinly sliced bacon
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
1/2 lb. chicken livers (about 20)
Preparation

Drain and cut chestnuts in halves.
Rinse, drain and cut livers in half.
Sprinkle bacon strips lightly with ground cloves and brown sugar.
Place piece of liver and chestnut on one end. Roll and secure with toothpick.
Arrange on microwave-safe plate and cover with paper towel.
Microwave at High for 3 to 4 minutes. Rotate and microwave for an additional minute.
Makes 40.
