Pork With Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
rice for 8 (long grain rice)
1 can mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
1 can water
1 egg
bread crumbs
Crisco (pan spray)
Preparation

Prepare 9 x 13-inch pan with foil.
Lay rice, uncooked, in pan.
Set the oven for 350\u00b0.
Dip pork chops in egg, then bread crumbs.
Lightly brown on both sides.
Prepare mushroom soup.
Add can of mushrooms.
Pour on rice in pan.
Place gently fried pork chops on top of rice mixture.
Cover with foil.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 and then 3/4 hour at 250\u00b0.
