Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped green onion
    1/4 tsp. oil
    2 1/2 c. chicken broth
    2 c. 1% milk
    3 c. potato cubes
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. corn kernels (frozen)
    1/4 c. instant nonfat dry milk
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Saute green onion in oil.
    Add chicken broth, milk and potatoes.
    Boil; lower heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 12 minutes.
    Add corn.
    Cook 1 minute.
