Hamburger Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes, cut up
3 medium carrots, sliced
2 medium potatoes, cubed or macaroni
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
3 to 4 c. water
3 beef bouillon cubes
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 pkg. frozen green beans
Preparation
-
Brown beef; drain off fat.
Add remaining ingredients except beans.
Bring to boil and reduce heat.
Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
Add green beans and continue to simmer 30 minutes more. Makes 6 servings.
I also add corn.
