Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 can French fried onions
Preparation
    Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup of cheese, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 can French fried onions.
    Pour into casserole dish. Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese and onions.
    Bake uncovered for 5 minutes longer.
    Makes 6 servings.
