Low-Fat Lemon-Poppy Seed Cake(Serves 9) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. skim milk
    3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. low-fat margarine
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1/4 c. Egg Beaters
Preparation
    Melt margarine and cool to room temperature.
