Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. almond extract
2 eggs, well beaten
5 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Cream butter, oil and sugars.
Add extracts.
Stir in eggs, one at a time, beating well.
Sift dry ingredients and add to cream mixture.
Chill and roll into balls the size of walnuts. Flatten with glass dipped in confectioners sugar.
Decorate with sprinkles, if desired.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
