Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

3 c. self-rising flour
1 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. chopped, peeled apples
Preparation

Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan.
In a large bowl, beat first 7 ingredients at low speed for 2 minutes, scraping bowl frequently.
Stir in nuts and apples.
Pour into pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
Cool and then top with Cream Cheese Frosting.
