Holiday Cheeseberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry flavored jello
1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 pt. whipped cream
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Dissolve jello in water.
Add cranberry sauce and lemon juice. When cool, pour into oiled loaf pan; chill until thickened.
Whip cream cheese until light and fluffy.
Fold in whipped cream, pineapple and nuts.
Spoon mixture over gelatin.
Chill until set. Yield: 10 to 12 servings.
