Pineapple Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

1 c. butter or margarine
2 c. white sugar
6 eggs
1/2 c. pineapple juice
2 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
3 c. cake flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
2 c. white raisins
1 c. candied pineapple
1 c. candied cherries
2 c. pecans
2 c. coconut
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs.
Add juice and fruit last. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
Wrap in cheesecloth and moisten with orange juice.
