Christmas Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. New York State extra sharp cheese, grated
    1 large pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 small can ripe olives, chopped and drained
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 cloves garlic, pressed
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. onion salt
    1 Tbsp. celery salt
    paprika
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese and mix with spices, Worcestershire sauce and garlic.
    Add nuts and olives; mix well with hands.
    Add grated cheese slowly and mix.
    Roll in paprika.
    Makes 2 large balls. Can be frozen.
