No Fry French Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. large baking potatoes
    1 tsp. olive oil or vegetable oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Line jelly roll pan with foil and spray generously with cooking spray.
    Cut potatoes in 1/2-inch strips. Toss in pan with oil, garlic, salt and pepper to coat well.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes, tossing once or twice until potatoes are crisp and golden.
    Serve immediately.
