Haystacks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

28 caramels
3 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. water
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
1 c. peanuts
6 oz. bag semi-sweet chocolate pieces
2 Tbsp. evaporated milk
Preparation

Melt the caramels with margarine and water in saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, until sauce is smooth.
Add noodles and peanuts (noodles can be broken and nuts chopped, if desired).
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet greased with margarine.
