Savory Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) pot roast
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    3/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1/4 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Brown meat on both sides in oil.
    Sprinkle roast with salt. Combine wine vinegar, catsup, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, Italian seasonings, dry mustard and 1/4 cup water; pour mixture over meat.
    Cover meat; simmer until meat is tender, 1 3/4 hours.
    Serves 6 to 8.
