Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stew meat
    4 to 6 carrots
    4 to 6 potatoes
    1 c. diced celery
    1 green pepper
    1 medium onion
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    24 oz. V-8 juice
Preparation
    Combine beef stew meat, sliced carrots, potato pieces, celery, green pepper and onion.
    Sprinkle tapioca, sugar, salt and pepper on top.
    Pour V-8 juice over all.
    Cover and bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 5 hours.
    Do not mix or lift lid until done.
