Linguini With Shrimp And Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shelled and deveined shrimp
    several small stalks broccoli, cut into flowerets
    8 oz. pkg. linguini
    1 large ripe tomato, diced or 1/2 can diced tomatoes
    3/4 c. olives, pitted and chopped
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
Preparation
    Prepare linguini.
    Meanwhile, bring chicken broth to boil, add broccoli, reduce heat and cook, covered, for 3 minutes.
    Drain and set aside.
    In 10-inch skillet, heat oil, add shrimp and cook 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Stir in broccoli, tomato, olives and red pepper.
    Cook 1 to 3 minutes. Drain linguini and arrange on serving plate.
    Spoon shrimp mixture over.
