Pearl'S Pecan Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 c. pecan halves

Preparation

Beat egg white to peaks.
Gradually add brown sugar and vanilla.
Fold in pecan halves.
Drop by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet, making sure there is a pecan half in each one.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Turn off heat and leave in oven 30 minutes longer.
