Decorator Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 tsp. clear vanilla extract
2 Tbsp. milk or water
1 c. solid vegetable shortening
1 lb. confectioners sugar

Preparation

Sift confectioners sugar into a large mixing bowl.
Measure remaining ingredients into the same bowl. Blend on medium speed until all ingredients have been thoroughly mixed together. Scrape sides of bowl when necessary. Blend an additional minute.
