Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken
    4 c. chicken broth
    1 c. carrots
    1 c. celery
    1 c. onions
    1/2 c. peppers
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. rice
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Skin and defat chicken.
    Cut into small pieces about one inch long. Cut carrots in long pieces; cut celery diagonally.
    Dice onions and peppers.
    Mix with mayonnaise, 2 cups of broth and mushroom soup.
    Cook rice with the other 2 cups of chicken broth.
