Pork Cantonese Casserole - cooking recipe

1 lb. fresh pork loin, cut in strips
1 c. sliced celery
1 large onion, sliced and separated into rings
1 green pepper, sliced into rings
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
Preparation

Layer the pork strips in a greased 6 1/2 x 10 x 2-inch casserole.
Next, layer the celery, onion and top with the green pepper rings.
