Ruth Dodge-Ducharme'S Breakfast Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 c. frozen hash browns, thawed
    4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded (1 c.)
    5 large eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Have ready a 10-inch pie plate.
    Crumble sausage into a large skillet.
    Cook over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes, breaking up clumps, until cooked through and lightly browned.
    Remove from skillet with a slotted spoon, pressing out excess fat.
    Spoon into pie plate.
