Barbecued Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. beef pot roast
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. water
    2 medium onions
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. oil
    18 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 c. catsup
Preparation
    Rub meat with salt and pepper.
    Brown in hot oil.
    Add water, tomato sauce and thinly sliced onions.
    Cover.
    Cook slowly over low heat for 1 1/2 hours.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
    Cover.
    Continue cooking about 1 hour or until tender.
