Honey And Spice Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 to 2 1/2 lb. broiler-fryer pieces
melted oleo
1/4 c. Heinz 57 sauce
2 Tbsp. honey

Preparation

Brush chicken with butter; place skin side down in shallow baking dish.
Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
Combine 57 Sauce and honey.
Turn chicken skin side up; brush with half of honey mixture.
Bake chicken for 15 to 20 minutes longer.
Brush again with honey mixture.
Makes 4 to 5 servings.
