Crispy Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken wings
1/2 c. butter Crisco
1 c. unsifted all - purpose flour
1 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Line large shallow baking pan with aluminum foil.
Cut wings at each point.
Discard tips.
Melt Crisco in lined pan.
Combine flour, onion salt and pepper in a plastic bag.
Add chicken pieces, few at a time, shake well. Place pieces in pan.
Bake 25 minutes, turn and bake 20 - 25 minutes. Drain on paper towel.
Serve with barbecue sauce.
