Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground meat, browned with 1/2 onion
1 can green chilies
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can celery soup
1 can Ranch Style beans
1 can enchilada sauce
1 (10 count) pkg. flour tortillas
1 pkg. grated Cheddar
2 pkg. grated Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, except tortillas and cheeses. Use a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and grease.
Layer bottom with tortillas.
Put layer of mixed ingredients with 1/2 of cheeses, then another layer of meat mixture with rest of cheese on top. Bake until cheese is melted at 350\u00b0.
