Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 c. carrots
    1 c. diced Velveeta cheese
    crushed potato chips
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 small onion, diced
Preparation
    Slice and cook carrots in salted boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain and add butter.
    Stir until melted, then stir in cheese and onion.
    Place in buttered casserole dish. Cover with crushed potato chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
