Glazed Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken wings (about 1 lb.)
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, peeled and mashed
Preparation

In a large skillet, brown the chicken wings in the hot butter. Cover and cook until tender.
In a saucepan, gently boil together the orange juice, 1 tablespoon honey, soy sauce and garlic until thickened, about 15 minutes.
Stir in the remaining honey.
Remove garlic and pour mixture over the wings.
Turn them over low heat until they are glazed.
