Grandma'S Best Yet Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. scalded milk
    1 egg
    1/3 c. oil
    1/3 c. sugar (increase to 1/2 c. for cinnamon or sweet rolls)
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. yeast
    4 c. bread flour
    1/3 c. lukewarm water + 1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Scald milk; let cool. Mix 1 egg, sugar, oil and salt. Put yeast, 1 teaspoon sugar and 1/3 cup lukewarm water into a bowl and allow to activate. Blend milk, egg mixture and yeast mixture with 4 cups of flour. Knead well. Let rise until double in bulk (about 1 hour). Make rolls. Let rise again. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
