Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli
    1 medium onion
    2 stalks celery
    1 (49 oz.) large can chicken broth
    1/4 c. butter
    2 c. milk
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Chop broccoli in small pieces (frozen broccoli can be used). Add broccoli to chicken broth and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat to simmer.
    Chop onion and celery fine and saute in 1/4 cup butter until soft.
    Add to broth.
    Add 2 cups milk and bring to simmer. Do not boil.
    Thicken with flour and water.
