Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. plain flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. Crisco shortening
    1/2 c. water
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and salt.
    Cut in Crisco; put water and egg in a cup.
    Mix together thoroughly.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Add vinegar.
    Mix well.
    Roll out to fit pie pans.
    Makes 5 to 6 pie crusts.
    Freeze dough that is not used.
