Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (26 oz.) bag frozen hash browns
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    8 to 12 oz. grated cheese
    1 tube Ritz crackers
    1/2 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Place hash browns in casserole dish.
    Mix next 6 ingredients and pour over hash browns.
    Bake in
    a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes. Crush the Ritz crackers.
    Mix with melted margarine.
    Place on top of casserole and bake 10 more minutes.
