Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground sirloin
    1 lb. ground pork
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    olive oil
    2 large cans tomato sauce
    1 medium can tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley
    1/4 c. fresh ground Parmesan or Romano
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Add meats and generously salt and pepper. Add parsley (crush in your hand before adding) and grated cheese. Cook thoroughly; meat should taste very heavily seasoned. Add tomato paste and stir well. Add tomato sauce and 1 large can of water. Simmer with pot lid cracked open a little for approximately 3 hours, stirring frequently.
