Crab Stuffed Morel Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. soft cream cheese
    2 tsp. finely chopped shallots or onions
    1/2 tsp. finely chopped garlic
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    6 to 8 oz. chopped crab meat (imitation seems to work fine and is much less expensive!)
    1 to 2 tsp. finely chopped Italian parsley (optional)
    pepper to taste
    12 to 18 medium to large morels (Morchella sp.)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine stuffing mixture in a bowl large enough to enable thorough mixing.
    Carefully slice each morel lengthwise along one side only (do not cut through both sides).
    If using cap-type mushrooms as a substitute, remove the stems and fill each cap, bottom side up, with the mixture..
