Almond Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    2 c. water
    2 c. milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Dissolve the gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water.
    Heat 1 1/2 cups water, the milk and the sugar to boiling.
    Add the dissolved gelatin and the almond extract.
    Mix well.
    Pour the mixture into an 8-inch square pan.
    Freeze or refrigerate until the mixture is firm.
    Cut the mixture into cubes.
    Serve with fresh fruit.
