Flank Steak A La Kenneth - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. Bristol Cream
1 Tbsp. water
1 c. beef broth
2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 tomato, diced
1 flank steak, cut into 2-inch squares
Preparation

Saute onions in butter.
Mix together Bristol Cream, water, broth and mushrooms.
Simmer.
Add onions and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add tomato and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Pound steak pieces flat with mallet.
Rub in desired amount of garlic powder, pepper and tomato.
Let sit.
Spray broiling rack with Pam.
Arrange meat on rack and broil until done.
Serve meat on platter.
Pour sauce over steak and enjoy.
