Coconut Cream Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
3/4 c. milk
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. grated, fresh coconut
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan; add milk and sugar.
Stir until sugar is dissolved, heating slowly.
Boil 12 to 15 minutes.
Remove and add coconut and vanilla, beating until creamy.
Pour into buttered tins and cool.
