Sherry Gelatine Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. Knox gelatine (2 pkg.)
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. boiling water
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/4 c. sweet sherry (such as Pedro Dourecq)
Preparation

Soften gelatine in cold water.
Add boiling water and sugar and stir until gelatine dissolved.
Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
Pour into sherbet glasses and chill until firm.
Delicious topped with a dollop of sweetened whipped cream and sprinkled with toasted slivered almonds.
