Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese (Arden's Wispride)
    19 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese (two 8 oz. and one 3 oz. pkg.)
    1 c. mayo
    dash of garlic powder or to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together with electric mixer.
    Keep refrigerated.
    Keeps for months in containers.
    Makes 2 quarts and one pint.
