Minestrone Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. boneless chicken breast, cube and saute with garlic powder and black pepper in cooking oil
    1 c. frozen mixed veggies
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 1/2 c. water
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1/2 tsp. oregano (dried)
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1/4 tsp. ground thyme
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
Preparation
    Simmer 20 minutes.
    Add 1 (14 1/2 ounce) canned stewed tomatoes and 2/3 cup uncooked pasta.
    Simmer 20 minutes more. Serves 4 to 6.
    Great with cornbread!
