Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. celery (1/2-inch slices)
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
1 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. toasted almonds, coarsely chopped
Preparation

In large bowl, toss chicken with celery, parsley, salt and pepper to mix well.
Gently fold in whipped cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice and almonds until well combined.
Refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.
Makes 6 servings.
