Mexi-Corn Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. lean pork, diced
    1 c. onion, sliced
    2 1/2 c. tomato juice
    1 pkg. frozen corn
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    cornmeal pastry
Preparation
    In 1-quart ovenware casserole dish, brown onion, pork and beef.
    Turn dish, stir and cook for additional 8 minutes.
    Drain off fat.
    Place in baking dish.
    Stir in remaining ingredients. Continue cooking for 15 to 16 minutes or until mixture boils. Stir, then cook for another 10 minutes.
    Prepare pastry.
    Cover dish with pastry.
    Cook 14 to 15 minutes longer.
