Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 egg
    3/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix flour, buttermilk and eggs in a bowl.
    Add water a little at a time until mixture is creamy.
    Mixture should not be thick. Spray pan with cooking spray (Pam).
    When pan is hot (I cook mine on medium-low heat), pour batter into pan with desired size.
    Cook on one side until bubbles appear.
    Turn over and cook on other side.
    This makes about 20 (4-inch) pancakes.
    Top with syrup or fruit.
