Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg
    1 large onion, chopped
    4 toes garlic, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    2 c. raw rice
    2 qt. canned tomatoes
    1 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion, garlic and pepper with salt and pepper. Stir in raw rice.
    Add tomatoes.
    Rinse jars with 1 cup water and add.
    Put on lid.
    Cook slow and stir often for about 1/2 hour until thick and rice is done.
