Fresh Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    2 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen fresh coconut
    1 lb. powdered sugar
    1 Duncan Hines cake mix (butter yellow)
Preparation
    Mix cake mix according to package directions.
    Bake in 2 layers.
    Split; when cool (4 layers).
    Fill and ice with sour cream mixture.
    Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate for 48 hours.
