Apple-Nut Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 medium-size Golden Delicious apples
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Peel, core and thinly slice apples.
    Toss apples with 2 tablespoons of sugar.
    In large bowl, beat butter with 1 1/2 cups sugar until light and fluffy at medium speed.
    Add sour cream and remaining ingredients.
    Beat at low speed until blended, then at medium speed 1 minute.
    Spread batter into 14 x 10-inch greased pan.
    Arrange apple slices on top.
    Sprinkle with Streusel Topping.
