Apple Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1 beaten egg
1 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda together and set aside.
Cream together sugar and margarine.
Add egg and then flour mixture.
Fold in apples and nuts.
Put in greased and floured pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
I double this and bake in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Yummy.
