Easy Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5.5 oz.) pkg. or 1 1/4 c. biscuit mix
    1 large egg, beaten
    2/3 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Place biscuit mix in a bowl; make a well in center.
    Combine egg, milk and oil; add to biscuit mix, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
    For each pancake, pour about 1/4 cup batter onto a moderately hot, lightly greased griddle.
    Makes 8 pancakes.
