An Indian (Apache) Chili From New Mexico - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. Anizazi beans, cooked
    1 pt. fresh tomatoes, cooked
    2 large onions, chopped and sauteed
    2 cloves garlic, smashed
    1 pt. vegetable broth
    salt and pepper to taste
    herbs: thyme, parsley, oregano, tarragon
    mushrooms and/or meat
Preparation
    Dump all ingredients into large pot, including liquid from beans.
    Add 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon chili powder (cayenne only!).
    Add a bit of cornmeal to thicken and give the spirit of Mother Earth.
