Taco Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper or to taste
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 can hominy or corn
    1 can pinto beans
    1 can chicken broth
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Brown and drain meat and onions in a large Dutch oven.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat to simmer. Cook for 30 to 45 minutes.
