Turkey Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, separated
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    onion salt and pepper to taste
    10 oz. pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked, or peas
    2 c. diced turkey
    1 can mushrooms, drained
